with over two decades of experience founding and managing creative enterprises, i've elevated my production, project management, team-building, and leadership abilities, with a strong emphasis on efficient, human-centered systems. i believe that organization is the foundation of creative freedom.

my artistic focus is on large-scale public botanical installations, where i derive satisfaction from curating exhibitions and coordinating art events for hundreds of visitors in partnership with staff, volunteers, and vendors.

in my role as a community coordinator, workplace experience designer, and project manager at global design and consultation firm IDEO, i stewarded multi-disciplinary remote/hybrid teams’ work through practical digital support and community-building workplace experience design.

i am now looking to contribute my professional expertise to a creative community, leveraging my personal strengths such as intuition, adaptability, and strong communication to drive innovation and create a positive impact on projects and work environments.
